Health checkups for infants at Minami Ward Health and Welfare Center are conducted after taking measures to prevent infectious diseases.

・If you have a cold, a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, or an acute rash, you will not be able to see a doctor.
・Please refrain from consulting not only for children who are subject to medical examinations but also for those who have symptoms such as fever or cough in their family.
In addition, we would like child targeted for medical examination and one guardian to come to visit as much as possible.
・When visiting the office, please cooperate in preventing infection such as hand washing.
・Thank you for your cooperation in taking out used diapers. Please bring a filth bag.

• We will send you a notice at least one month before the date of the medical examination. If you do not receive the notice or if it is not convenient due to the schedule provided, please contact the following inquiries.

• Please note that you may not be able to see your doctor after Reception hours.
• In principle, eating and drinking is prohibited inside the venue, but it is possible to hydrate with water and tea and give milk. Please bring some hot water for milk.
• Please refrain from shooting in the venue.
• There are volunteers of "childcare cooperators" at the venue. We cannot keep your child, but we will help you during pregnancy or when you need assistance, such as consulting a twin.
• Please use public transportation if possible.
• If the number of eligible persons on the scheduled medical examination day increases, the medical examination date to be announced may be changed.
