"What is 'baby food'?" "When should I start?" "What kind of preparation do I need?" Answers the anxiety and worries of moms and dads, such as "How do I proceed to the next step?" We also introduce simple and delicious recipes and display food models.

Baby food classes and consultations (target: caregivers of children aged 4 to 8 months and those living in Minami Ward)

This is a classroom where you can learn about making baby food for children who are starting baby food and caregivers of children up to the second month after starting.
It is for those who do not know what to prepare from, and those who have gradually become accustomed to making baby food, but want to proceed with preparations to step up.
This is a recipe introduction that includes stories and cooking demonstrations, and explains how to proceed and make baby food gently.
It is intended for caregivers, and can be attended by multiple people or accompanied by children.

Targets	Caregivers for children of approximately 4 to 8 months old
Contents	Talks and demonstrations on how to proceed and make baby food, individual consultation　※Contents for caregivers Exhibition of baby food models for each period of initial, medium, late, and completion.
Venue	Nutrition Counseling Room on the 4th floor of Minami Ward Office
Time	14:00～15:00
Capacity	First 12 pairs ※You can also apply for more than one person.
Participation fee	Free of charge
Schedule	Reiwa 6 May 8, June 12, July 10, September 11, October 9, November 13, December 11, February 12, 2025, March 12, 2025 ※The content of each session is the same. You cannot apply for more than one month.
Application deadline	Up to 7 days before the desired date of participation ※If the capacity is available, applications will be accepted until the day before.
