From July 1, 2023, we will start the following three approaches as support expansion measures for child-rearing households.

　Reduce the hourly assistance fee (use fee) from 800 yen to 500 yen.

　In addition to the reward (use fee) of assistance, the Yokohama City will pay a 500 yen benefit per hour from Yokohama City to both members who provided the aid activities.

　8 hours of trial tickets will be distributed to those who have registered as user members in households with children born after April 1, 2023.

With the review of the position of the new coronavirus infection under the Infectious Diseases Law on May 8, 2023, the Yokohama Child Care Support System will start from May 8, 2023 on a daily basis. Regarding infection control, we will respect independent choices and leave it to individual judgment.
However, please note that depending on the period when the infection is rapidly spreading, infection control measures may be strengthened.

Those who live in Yokohama City and have a small child (elementary school studenｔ 57 days old and up to 6th grade in elementary school).

Those who live in Yokohama, are healthy, and have an understanding and enthusiasm for child care support.
You can also register as both members who serve as both the provision and user members.

Providing members and those who wish to be both members are required to take the training conducted by the secretariat separately from the briefing session. No special qualifications are required.

For example, you can get the assistance of the providing member at such times.

We want you to keep your child for reasons such as going to hospital, school events, ceremonial occasions, employment, etc.
We do not take care of sick children.

I want to refresh myself and have my own time for shopping, learning, beauty salon, etc.

As a general rule, the required time from 7am to 7pm.

After the aid activities are completed, please pay the remuneration (use fee) directly from the user member to the providing member. A minimum of one hour's reward (use fee) will be charged.
If it exceeds one hour, the calculation is made in 30 minutes.

As a precautionary measure, we take out "Providing Member Accident Insurance", "Liability Insurance", "Child Accident Insurance", and "Training and Meeting Accident Insurance".
Insurance premiums are paid by the headquarters secretariat of the headquarters. There is no need for members to go there.

The usage fee paid by single-parent families (Child Raising Allowance receiving households), social security receiving households, and households exempt from residence tax when using the Yokohama Child Care Support System, from January 2023, per child per month We support up to 24,000 yen.
