The WEB member site is a free registration service for customers who use the water supply in Yokohama City.
※Registration is required for each water supply location. If you move, please register again at the new Address.
Service details
- Displays a graph of changes in the amount of water used, water charge, sewerage usage fee, and billing amount (inquiry over the past two years).
- Apply for credit card payment.
- Add customer number (register multiple locations with one login ID and display each query information)
- New registration and login for use of the WEB member website.

We perform maintenance on a regular basis. (once a month, about 2 hours)
In addition to regular maintenance, planned maintenance and emergency maintenance may be performed.
During maintenance, you may not be able to apply temporarily or access may not be possible. I can't access it
