For elderly people living alone who have difficulty collecting garbage, we visit oversized garbage and household garbage individually to collect garbage. When using, please check the "garbage support" page and consult.

We collect garbage generated by local cleaning performed by local residents (it will take several days to collect).
When making a request, please let us know the following.

1. Storage location
2. Amount of garbage
3. The name of the person who contacted us
4. Contact information

If you find illegal dumping in the city, please check the "Illegal Dumping Prevention" page and consult our office or Tsuzuki Ward   Office Regional Promotion Division Resources Reuse Promotion.
Offices and ward offices have signs to prevent illegal dumping, so please consult us.

Applications for oversized garbage collection are accepted at Oversized Garbage Reception Center. Please check the "oversized garbage" page before applying.

It is not a collection of Yokohama, but voluntary collection of recyclables performed by local organizations (Neighborhood Association, Neighborhood Associations, Children's Association, etc.).
Please send it to local recyclables collection in your area.
