For elderly people living alone who have difficulty removing garbage, we visit oversized garbage and household garbage individually to collect garbage. In the case of use, please confirm page of "garbage disposal support" before consulting.

We collect garbage generated by local cleaning performed by local residents (it will take a few days to collect).
Please let us know the following when making a request.

If you find illegal dumping in the ward, please check the "Prevention of Illegal Dumping" page and consult with our office or Tsuzuki Ward   Office Regional Promotion Division Resources Reuse Promotion.
Offices and ward offices have signboards to prevent illegal dumping, so please consult us.

We accept applications and consultations at the office. Please refer to the collection site page for details on the procedure, download the application form, and installation standards.

We are conducting awareness-raising activities for the Yokohama Pra 5.3 (garbage) plan. For more information, please contact us.

Requests for collection by oversized garbage are accepted at Oversized Garbage Reception Center. Please check the "oversized garbage" page before applying.

This is not a collection of Yokohama City, but a voluntary collection of recyclables conducted by local organizations (Neighborhood Association, Neighborhood Associations, Children's Association, etc.).
Please send it to local recyclables collection in your area.
