  • Overview of Restrictions (Excerpt from Agreement)
    (Standards for Buildings)
    Article 6 The use, form, site, position, and design of buildings in the agreement area must be based on the standards specified in the following items.
    (1) Use for single-family homes (including multi-family living together homes)
    (2) The number of floors of the building shall be 3 or less except for the basement.
    (3) The ground of the site at the time of the conclusion of this agreement (hereinafter referred to as "ground") shall not change its height. However, this does not apply to cuts and embankments for building car garages, bicycle parking lots, wheelchair ramps and lifts.
    (4) The height of the building shall not exceed 10m from the ground surface and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 7m from the ground surface.
    (5) The site area shall be 165 m2 or more.
    (6) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the road and the adjacent land boundary (hereinafter referred to as "retreat distance of the outer wall") shall be 1m or more. But it is not this limit when part of building or building in distance less than limit of retreat distance of outer wall corresponds to any of the following.
    Oh, the total length of the center line of the outer wall or pillar in place of this is 3m or less.
    (I) Provide for storage and other similar uses, and the height of the eaves is 2.3m or less and the total floor area is 5m2 or less.
    (7) The fence or fence about the part in contact with the road on the site shall be a transparent fence or hedge. However, this excludes the parking lot and the area around the gate.
    (8) The shape of the main roof shall be a sloped roof.
    (9) The color tone of the exterior is based on earth color (tea or gray).
    (10) The main entrances of the site are as follows.
    A. Ensure a flat open space with a depth of 50 cm or more in front of the gate.
    In the case of a gate that opens outside, prevent the door from going out on the road when it opens.
