    (Standards for Buildings)
    Use, form, site, position and design of building in Article 6 agreement area must comply with standard to establish in next kakugo.
    (1) Use shall be single-family homes (including multi-family living together housing).
    (2) Except for the basement floor, the number of floors of the building shall be three or less.
    (3) The height of the site at the time of the conclusion of this agreement (hereinafter referred to as “ground”) must not be changed. However, this does not apply to cuts and embankments for building car garages, bicycle parking lots, wheelchair slopes and lifts.
    (4) The height of the building shall not exceed 10m from the ground surface, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 7m from the ground surface.
    (5) The site area shall be 165 m2 or more.
    (6) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the road and the adjacent land boundary line (hereinafter referred to as the "retreat distance of the outer wall") shall be 1m or more. But it is not this limit when building or part of building in distance less than limit of retreat distance of outer wall corresponds to any of the following.
    Oh, total length of center line of outer wall or pillar in place of this is 3m or less.
    (A) To be used for storage and other similar uses, the height of the eaves must be 2.3 m or less and the total floor area must be within 5 m2.
    (7) The fence or fence about the part in contact with the road on the site shall be a transparent fence or hedge. However, the parking lot and the area around the gate are excluded.
    (8) The shape of the main roof shall be a sloped roof.
    (9) The color tone of the exterior is based on earth color (tea or gray).
    (10) The main entrances and exits of the site are as follows.
    A. Secure a flat open space with a depth of 50 cm or more in front of the gate.
    (B) In the case of an external open gate, make sure that the door does not come out on the road when it is opened.
