Outline of limitations (excerpts of agreement)

(Standards for Buildings)
Article 6
Use, form, site, position and design of building in agreement area must follow standard to establish in next kakugo.


(1) The use of the building shall be single-family homes (including multi-family living together houses), and tenement houses shall not be built.
(2) The number of floors of the building shall be three or less, except for the basement.
(3) The height of the site at the time of the conclusion of this agreement (hereinafter referred to as “ground”) must not be changed. However, this does not apply to cuts and embankments for constructing parking lots or slopes for wheelchairs.
(4) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the road and the adjacent boundary line (hereinafter referred to as "retreat distance of the outer wall") shall be 1 meter or more. But it is not this limit when building in distance less than limit of retreat distance of outer wall or part of building corresponds to any of next kakugo.


(a) The total length of the center line of the outer wall or pillar in place of this must be 3 meters or less.
(b) We offer for storeroom or other similar use, height of eaves is 2.3 meters or less and total floor area must be less than 5 square meters.


(5) The shape of the main roof shall be a sloped roof.
(6) The color tone of the exterior shall be in harmony with the surrounding area. In addition, the color tone different from the building in this building agreement area should not be based on.
(7) The main entrances and exits of the site are as follows:


(a) Secure a flat open space with a depth of 50 cm or more in front of the gate.
(b) In the case of an open gate, make sure that the door does not come out on the road when it is opened.
