Overview of Restrictions (Excerpt from Agreement)

(Standards for Buildings)
Article 6
Use, form, site, position and design of building in agreement area must be based on standard to establish in next kakugo.


(1) The use of the building shall be a single-family house (including multi-family living together house), and a tenement house shall not be built.
(2) The number of floors of the building shall be 3 or less except for the basement.
(3) The ground of the site at the time of the conclusion of this agreement (hereinafter referred to as "ground") shall not change its height. However, this does not apply to cuts and embankments for building parking lots or slopes for wheelchairs.
(4) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the road and the adjacent boundary (hereinafter referred to as "retreat distance of the outer wall") shall be 1 meter or more. But it is not this limit when building or part of building in distance less than limit of retreat distance of outer wall corresponds to any of next kakugo.


(a) The total length of the center line of the outer wall or the pillar in place of this is 3 meters or less.
(b) Provided for storerooms and other similar uses, the height of the eaves must be 2.3 meters or less and the total floor area must be within 5 square meters.


(5) The shape of the main roof shall be a sloped roof.
(6) The color tone of the exterior shall be in harmony with the surrounding area. In addition, it must not be based on a color different from the building in this building agreement area.
(7) The main entrances of the site are as follows.


(a) Ensure a flat open space with a depth of 50 cm or more in front of the gate.
(b) In the case of an open gate, make sure that the door does not appear on the road when opened.
