(Standards for Buildings)
Article 6 The use, form, structure, site, position, and design of buildings in the agreement area must be based on the standards specified in the following items.
(1) The use shall be single-family houses (multi-family living together houses are limited to two-family living together houses with two or less entrances).
(2) The ratio of the total area of the building to the site area shall be 10/10 or less, and the ratio of the building area to the site area shall be 5/10 or less.
(3) The height of the building shall not exceed 10 meters from the ground surface, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 7 meters from the ground surface.
(4) The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
(5) The site cannot be divided.
(6) It is not possible to change the height of the ground surface of the site (meaning the one at the time of the announcement of approval). Provided, however, that this shall not apply to cuts and embankments for building car garages.
(7) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the site boundary (hereinafter referred to as "retreat distance of the outer wall") shall be 1 meter or more. (10) Fences or fences facing the road shall be open to hedges, fences, etc. Provided, however, that this does not apply to gateposts and similar items.
(11) In front of the main entrance gate of the site, secure a flat open space with a depth of 0.5 meters or more, so that the opening and closing of the gate does not hinder the passage of pedestrians.
