  • Outline of limitations (excerpts of agreement)
    (Standards for Buildings)
    Use, form, structure, site, position and design of building in Article 6 agreement area must follow standard to establish in next kakugo.
    (1) Use shall be detached houses (multi-house living together housing is limited to two-family living together houses with two or more entrances).
    (2) The ratio of the total area of the building to the site area shall be 10/10 or less, and the ratio of the building area to the site area shall be 5/10 or less.
    (3) The height of the building shall not exceed 10 meters from the ground surface, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 7 meters from the ground surface.
    (4) The number of floors excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
    (5) The site shall not be split.
    (6) The height of the ground surface of the site (meaning the one at the time of the announcement of approval) cannot be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to cuts and embankments for building a car garage.
    (7) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the site boundary line (hereinafter referred to as "retreat distance of the outer wall") shall be 1 meter or more. But it is not this limit when building or part of building in distance less than limit of retreat distance of outer wall corresponds to a or i.

    (11) In front of the main entrance gate of the site, secure a flat open space with a depth of 0.5 meters or more should be secured so that the opening and closing of the gate does not hinder pedestrian traffic.
