  • Overview of Restrictions (Excerpt from Agreement)
    (Standards for Buildings)
    Article 6 The use, form, structure, site, position, and design of buildings in the agreement area must be based on the standards specified in the following items.
    (1) Use is limited to single-family homes (including multi-family living together homes) or multi-family homes (limited to those with small offices and classrooms for learning in single-family homes).
    (2) The number of floors of the building shall be 2 or less except for the basement.
    (3) The ground surface of the site cannot be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to cuts and embankments for building car garages and stairs.
    (4) The height of the building shall not exceed 10 meters from the ground surface, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 7 meters from the ground surface.
    (5) The minimum floor area shall be 165 square meters or more.
    (6) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the road, pedestrian-only road and green road boundary line shall be 1 meter or more, and the distance to the adjacent land boundary line shall be 0.7 meters or more. But it is not this limit about thing corresponding to any of the following in part of building or building in distance less than limit of this distance.
    Oh, total length of center line of outer wall or pillar in place of this is less than 3 meters.
    (I) Provide for storage and other similar uses, and the height of the eaves is 2.3 meters or less, and the total floor area is within 5 square meters.
    (7) Secure a green space of more than 20% of the site area on the site of the building and green it. (In this case, the greening part of the hedge is also green.) In particular, we will strive to green the part facing the road.
    (8) Oysters or fences shall be transparent fences or hedges. (Excluding fence foundations, gates and gateposts, and entrances of cars)
    (9) The outer wall of the building shall be in a bright tone (cream, white, light brown, etc.).
    (10) In the outdoor part of the building and the work on the premises, stimulating colors such as the primary color and the approximate color of the primary color shall not be used, and harmony with the town Nami formed by Western-style houses shall be achieved.
    (11) The entrance of the site is as follows.
    Oh, in the case of outside gate, do not go out on road when it opens.
    B. Approach must not be set up at the boundary between the green road and Kuzugaya Park.
    (12) The use of the site is as follows.
    A. Mechanical parking shall not be provided.
    A vending machine must not be installed on the site.
