    (Standards for Buildings)
    Use, form, structure, site, position and design of building in Article 6 agreement area must conform to standard to establish in next kakugo.
    (1) Use shall be a single-family house (including a multi-family living together house) or a multi-purpose house (limited to those with small offices and lessons for learning in a single-family house).
    (2) The number of floors of the building shall be two or less, except for the basement.
    (3) The ground surface of the site shall not be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to cuts and embankments for building car garages and stairs.
    (4) The height of the building shall not exceed 10 meters from the ground surface, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 7 meters from the ground surface.
    (5) The minimum site area shall be 165 square meters or more.
    (6) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the road, pedestrian-only road and the green road boundary line shall be 1 meter or more, and the distance to the adjacent land boundary line shall be 0.7 meters or more. But it is not this limit about thing corresponding to any of the following in building in distance less than limit of this distance or part of building.
    Oh, the total length of the center line of the outer wall or pillar in place of this is 3 meters or less.

    (7) Secure green space of 20% or more of the site area on the site of the building and green it. (In this case, the greening part of the hedge will also be green space.) In particular, efforts will be made to green the part facing the road.
    (8) The oyster or fence shall be a transparent fence or hedge. (Excluding fence foundations, gates, gateposts, and car entrances and exits)
    (9) The outer wall of the building shall use a bright color tone (cream color, white, light brown, etc.).
    (10) Exciting colors such as primary colors and approximate colors of the primary colors shall not be used for the building and the outdoor part of the work on the premises, and harmony with the town Nami formed by Western-style houses shall be measured.
    (11) The entrance and exit of the site shall be as follows.
    Oh, in the case of an open gate, make sure that the door does not come out on the road when it is opened.
    (A) Approach shall not be provided at the boundary between the green road and Kuzugaya Park.
    (12) The use of the site shall be as follows.
    A. Mechanical parking lot shall not be provided.
    (B) vending machines shall not be installed on the premises.
