  • Overview of Restrictions (Excerpt from Agreement)
    (Standards for Buildings)
    Article 6 The use, form, site, position, and design of buildings in the agreement area must be based on the standards specified in the following items.
    (1) The use of buildings shall be as follows:
    Oh, single-family houses (including multi-family living together houses)
    (A) Attached to the buildings in the preceding item (excluding those specified in Article 130-5 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order.)
    (2) The number of floors excluding the basement of the building shall be 3 or less.
    (3) The ground of the site at the time of the conclusion of this agreement (hereinafter referred to as "ground") shall not change its height. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to cuts and embankments for building car garages.
    (4) The height of the building shall not exceed 10m from the ground surface, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 7m from the ground surface.
    (5) The site area shall be 165 m2 or more.
    (6) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the road and the adjacent land boundary (hereinafter referred to as "retreat distance of the outer wall") shall be 1m or more. But it is not this limit when building or part of building in distance less than limit of retreat distance of outer wall corresponds to next kakugo.
    Oh, the total length of the center line of the outer wall or pillar in place of this is 3m or less.
    (I) Provide for storage and other similar uses, the height of the eaves is 2.3m or less, and the total floor area is 5m2 or less.
    (7) The structure of the fence or fence shall be a transparent fence or hedge. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to the part facing the parking lot on the site, gates or gateposts.
    (8) The shape of the main roof shall be a sloped roof.
    (9) The color tone of the exterior is based on earth color (tea or gray).
    (10) The main entrances of the site are as follows.
    A. Ensure a flat open space with a depth of 50 cm or more in front of the gate.
    In the case of a gate that opens outside, make sure that the door does not appear on the road when it opens.
