    (Restrictions on buildings)
    Article 8 The site, use, and form of a building in the agreement area specified in the preceding Article must be based on the standards set forth in the following items.
    (1) Site of the building
    Oh, the minimum area of the building site shall be 210 m2 or more per house.
    B. At the main entrance of the site of the building, open space with a width of 2m or more and a depth of 1m or more.
    We secure green tract of land more than 20% of site area in site of cormorant building and green. (In this case, the green area of the hedge is also green.)
    Oh, road boundary side of site of site of building assumes fence or hedges, and block wall, perpetual fence are prohibited.
    (2) Use of buildings The use of buildings shall be single-family homes, two-family living together housing (Note), and clinics combined housing. However, this does not apply to the attached building.
    (3) Form of building
    (A) The number of floors above ground floor of the building shall be two or less. (Excluding the basement floor.)
    The distance from the outer wall of the i building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the site boundary shall be 1.5m or more to the road boundary and 1m or more to the neighboring land boundary. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to parts that fall under the following (a) or (b) that are less than the retreat distance limit of the outer wall.
    (a) In bay windows in the building body, the total length of the center line of the outer wall or the pillar in place of this shall be 3 m or less.
    (b) Provided for storage and other similar uses, and the height of the eaves shall be 2.3 m or less and the total floor area shall be within 5 m2.
    (C) The roof slope shall be 4 inches or more, and the shape, material, color, etc. of the roofing material and outer wall materials shall not impair the cityscape.
    However, this does not apply to the attached building.
    D. The total floor area of the building shall be 90 m2 or more.
