    (Restrictions on Buildings)
    Article 8 The site, use, and form of buildings in the agreement area specified in the preceding Article must be based on the standards specified in the following items.
    (1) Site of the building
    Oh, the minimum area of the site of the building shall be 210m2 or more per house
    (A) At the main entrance of the site of the building, secure open spaces with a width of 2m or more and a depth of 1m or more.
    We secure green tract of land more than 20% of site area in site of cormorant building and green. (In this case, the greening part of the hedge is also green.)
    Oh, road boundary side of site of building assumes fence or hedge, and block wall, perpetual wall are prohibited.
    (2) Use of buildings The use of buildings shall be single-family houses, two-family living together houses (Note) and clinics combined houses. However, this does not apply to the attached building.
    (3) Form of Buildings
    Oh, the number of floors above the building shall be 2 or less. (Excluding underground floors.)
    From the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this, the distance to the site boundary shall be 1.5m or more to the road boundary and 1m or more to the other adjacent land boundary. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to the parts that fall under the following (a) or (a) at a distance less than the limit of the retreat distance of the outer wall.
    (a) In the bay window in the building itself, the total length of the center line of the outer wall or the pillar in place of it shall be 3m or less.
    (b) Provided for storerooms and other similar uses, the height of the eaves is 2.3m or less and the total floor area is 5m2 or less.
    C. The roof slope shall be 4 inch or more, and the shape, material, color, etc. of the roofing material and outer wall material shall not impair the cityscape.
    However, this does not apply to the attached building.
    (D) The total floor area of the building shall be 90 m2 or more.
