(Standards for Buildings)
Article 6 The use, form, site, position, and design of buildings in the agreement area must be based on the standards specified in the following items.
(1) The use of the building shall be a single-family house (including multi-family living together house).
(2) The number of floors of the building shall be 3 or less except for the basement.
(3) The ground surface of the site (hereinafter referred to as “ground surface”) at the time of the public notice of this agreement shall not be changed. However, this does not apply to cuts and embankments for building parking lots, stairs, slopes for wheelchairs, etc.
(4) The height of the building and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 10 meters in height from the ground surface and 7 meters in height of the eaves.
(5) The site area shall be 165 m2 or more.
(6) It shall not be possible to build a building that has protruded from the retaining wall surface at the time of the approval notice of this agreement or to build a mount or retaining wall. (Refer to the separate figure)
(7) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the road and the adjacent land boundary (hereinafter referred to as "retreat distance of the outer wall") shall be 1 meter or more. (11) The main entrances of the site are as follows.
A. Ensure a flat open space with a depth of 50 cm or more in front of the gate.
In the case of a gate that opens outside, prevent the door from going out on the road when it opens.
