  • Overview of Restrictions (Excerpt from Agreement)
    (Standards for Buildings)
    Use, form, site and position of building in Article 6 agreement area must depend on standard to establish in next kakugo.
    (1) The use of the building is dedicated to single-family homes (including two-family homes) It shall be a single-family clinic (excluding animal hospitals) combined house or a combined house prescribed in Article 130-3 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order.
    (2) The height of the building shall not exceed 9 meters from the ground surface (meaning the average ground surface at the time of the announcement of approval).
    (3) The number of floors of the building shall be 3 or less except for the basement.
    (4) The area of the site shall be 150 square meters or more. However, in the residential land of C-4, C-5, C-6, and C-7 in the separate figure, it shall be 125 square meters or more.
    (5) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the adjacent land boundary (hereinafter referred to as "retreat distance of the outer wall") shall be 0.6 meters or more. But it is not this limit about thing which part of building or building in distance less than limit of retreat distance of outer wall corresponds to ... of next kakugo.
    Oh, total length of center line of outer wall or pillar in place of this is less than 3 meters.
    (I) Provide for storage and other similar uses, and the height of the eaves is 2.3 meters or less, and the total floor area is within 5 square meters.
