    (Standards for Buildings)
    Use, form, site and position of building in Article 6 agreement area must depend on standard to establish in next kakugo.
    (1) The use of the building is a single-family house (including two-family houses). A single-family clinic (excluding veterinary hospitals) combined house or dual-use house prescribed in Article 130-3 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order.
    (2) The height of the building shall not exceed 9 meters from the ground surface (meaning the average ground surface at the time of the announcement of approval).
    (3) The number of floors of the building shall be three or less, except for the basement.
    (4) The area of the site shall be 150 square meters or more. However, in the residential land of C-4, C-5, C-6, and C-7 in the separate figure, it shall be 125 square meters or more.
    (5) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the adjacent land boundary line (hereinafter referred to as "retreat distance of the outer wall") shall be 0.6 meters or more. But it is not this limit about thing which building in distance less than limit of retreat distance of outer wall or part of building corresponds to thing of next kakugo.
    Oh, the total length of the center line of the outer wall or pillar in place of this is 3 meters or less.
    We offer for i storage or other similar use, height of eaves is 2.3 meters or less, and total of floor area is less than 5 square meters.
