(Standards for Buildings)
Use, form, site and position of building in Article 6 agreement area must depend on standard to establish in next kakugo. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to buildings such as neighborhood halls on public interest land that are approved by the Steering Committee stipulated in Article 7 in consultation with Yokohama City.
(1) The use of the building shall be a single-family house (including a two-family house) and a combined house with clinics (excluding a veterinary clinic) without hospitalization facilities.
(2) The height of the building shall not exceed 10m from the ground surface.
(3) The minimum site area of the building is 180m2 for Area A (however, section number 7 is 160m2), B-1 district is 150m2, and B-2 district is 180m2.
(4) The ground surface and retaining wall of the site must not be changed at the time of the approval notice (excluding rebuilding that does not change the height and position). Provided, however, that this shall not apply to any of the following.
(I) For the establishment or relocation of a car parking lot.
(Ii) Those who have obtained the approval of the Agreement Steering Committee as provided for in Article 7.
(5) Even within the site boundary, it shall not be possible to build buildings by protruding from the outside of the retaining wall facing the road boundary and the adjacent land boundary. However, this does not apply to the eaves and eaves of buildings. (Attached figure No.2)
(6) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the pillar in place of this to the road boundary is 1 m or more, the distance to the adjacent land boundary is 1 m or more, and the B-1 and B-2 districts are attached and Figures No. 3 and No. 4 are above the values, and District C is 0.5 m or more. But it is not this limit about thing corresponding to any of the following in part of building or building in distance less than limit of this distance.
(I) The total length of the center line of the outer wall or the pillar in place of it must be 3 m or less.
(Ii) The height of the eaves is 2.3 m or less, and the total floor area is 5 m2 or less, provided for storage and other similar purposes.
(7) The entrance of the car parking lot shall not be provided at the corner of the road.
(8) Regarding the common land shown in Attachment / Figures No.3 and No.4, the common land A is the B-1 area, and the common land B is the B-2 area, and the common space is the common space for residents of the land adjacent to each common land. Do not install buildings, fences, etc.
