9, Hino Building Agreement

    (Standards for Buildings)
    Use, form, site and position of building in Article 6 agreement area must depend on standard to establish in next kakugo. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to buildings such as neighborhood halls on public interest sites approved by the Steering Committee stipulated in Article 7 in consultation with Yokohama City.
    (1) Buildings shall be used as single-family homes (including two-family homes) and clinics (excluding veterinary clinics) without hospitalization facilities.
    (2) The height of the building shall not exceed 10m from the ground surface.
    (3) The minimum site area of the building is 180m2 for Area A (however, section number 7 is 160m2), 150m2 for B-1 district, and 180m2 for B-2.
    (4) The ground surface and retaining wall of the site must not be changed at the time of the public notice of approval (excluding rebuilding that does not change the height and position). Provided, however, that this shall not apply to any of the following:
    (I) For the establishment or relocation of a car parking lot.
    (Ii) that has been approved by the Agreement Steering Committee provided for in Article 7.
    (5) Even within the site boundary, buildings shall not be able to build buildings by protruding from the outside of the retaining wall facing the road boundary line and the adjacent land boundary line. However, this does not apply to eaves and eaves of buildings. (Attachment No.2)
    (6) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the road boundary is 1m or more, and the distance to the adjacent land boundary is 1m or more in the A district, and the B-1 and B-2 districts. Above the value shown in No.3 and No.4, the C district shall be 0.5m or more. But it is not this limit about thing corresponding to any of the following in building or part of building in distance less than limit of this distance.
    (I) The total length of the center line of the outer wall or the pillar in place of it shall be 3m or less.
    (Ii) To be used for storage and other similar purposes, the height of the eaves must be 2.3 m or less, and the total floor area must be within 5 m2.
    (7) The entrance of the car parking lot shall not be provided at the corner of the road.
    (8) Regarding the common land shown in Attachments and Figures No. 3 and No. 4, the common land A is the B-1 area, and the common land B is the B-2 area, as a common space for residents of land adjacent to each common area. Use and do not install buildings, fences, etc.
