  Article 6 The site and use of buildings in the agreement area specified in the preceding Article must be based on the standards set forth in the following items.
  （１）　Use of building shall be detached house, and it shall be a private house or a clinic combined house.
  （２）　The building site shall be 150 m2 or more per house.
