  (Standards for Buildings)
  Site, use and form of building in Article 6 agreement area must follow standard to establish in next kakugo.
  （１）　The use of the building shall be a single-family house (including a two-family living together house), a single-family clinic (excluding animal clinics) or a single-family house specified in Article 130-3 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order.
  However, for the section shown in the area map, a tenement house exclusively for the house (up to two dwelling units) can be built.
  （２）　The minimum area of the site shall be 150 m2.
  （３）　The ground surface of the site shall not be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply in the following cases.
  (a)　Cuts and embankments for building garages attached to buildings
  (b)　Embankment with a height of less than 30 cm due to soil generated when building, expanding, or renovating buildings
  （４）　Block walls attached to buildings that have a height of 2m or more must not be built.
