  • Outline of limitations (excerpts of agreement)
    (Restrictions on buildings)
    Article 6 The location, structure, use, and form of buildings in the area specified in the preceding Article shall be based on the standards specified in the following items.
    (1) 1 Detached house exclusively or combined with a clinic (excluding veterinary clinic)
    (2) The number of floors shall be 2 or less, excluding the basement floor.
    (3) The maximum height from the ground surface (at the time of the conclusion of this agreement) must not exceed 10m, and the maximum height of the eaves shall not exceed 7 meters.
    (4) The distance from the outer wall or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the adjacent land boundary line and the road boundary should be 1m or more. Provided, however, that Article 135-5 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order ※This does not apply to buildings that conform to the provisions of the above, door bags, or bay windows of 35 cm or more from the floor.
    (5) The site shall not be split or integrated.
    (6) Fences with closed walls such as concrete blocks shall be within 1m from the residential land board, and any height beyond that shall be open structures such as hedges or net fences. However, this does not apply to fences pertaining to residential land where the residential land surface is lower than the road surface.
