  • Overview of Restrictions (Excerpt from Agreement)
    (Restrictions on Buildings)
    Article 6 The location, structure, use, and form of buildings in the area specified in the preceding Article must be based on the standards specified in the following items.
    (1) It shall be a single-family house only or a clinic (excluding veterinary clinics) combined house.
    (2) The number of floors shall be 2 or less except for the basement.
    (3) The maximum height from the ground surface (at the time of the conclusion of this agreement) should not exceed 10m and the maximum height of the eaves should not exceed 7 meters.
    (4) The distance from the outer wall or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the adjacent land boundary line and the road boundary line shall be 1 m or more. However, Article 135-5 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order. ※This does not apply to buildings that conform to the provisions of the above, doorbags, or bay windows of 35 cm or more from the floor.
    (5) The site cannot be divided or integrated.
    (6) Closed fences such as concrete blocks shall be within 1m from the residential land panel, and any further height shall be of an open structure such as hedges or net fences. However, this is not the case for fences related to residential land with a residential land surface lower than the road surface.
