Neighborhood Association Residential Area Building Agreement

Outline of limitations (excerpts of agreement)
(Standards for Buildings)
Use, form, site and position of building in Article 6 agreement area must depend on standard to establish in next kakugo.
District A
(1) Applications
 Single-family homes (including two-family homes) or clinics (excluding veterinary clinics) combined housing, and multi-purpose homes that do not hinder a good living environment, approved by the Steering Committee prescribed in Article 7. I do.
(2) Number of floors
 Except for the basement floor, it shall be 2 or less.
(3) The height of the building
 The height of the building is the ground surface (meaning the ground surface at the time of the agreement is announced. The same shall apply hereinafter. ) To 10m or less and the eaves height of 7m or less.
(4) Height of ground surface
 The ground surface specified in the preceding item shall not be changed by embankment.
(5) Retreat of outer wall
 The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the adjacent land boundary line and the road boundary line (hereinafter referred to as "retreat distance of the outer wall") shall be 1m or more. (6) Minimum site area

(7) Outer staircase
 The outer staircase shall not be installed on the adjacent land side. However, this excludes those that have been approved by the Steering Committee prescribed in Article 7 as soundproofing measures, blindfolding, etc., and do not impair neighboring relations.

District B
(1) Applications
 Single-family homes (including two-family homes) or clinics (excluding veterinary clinics) combined housing, and multi-purpose homes that do not hinder a good living environment, approved by the Steering Committee prescribed in Article 7. I do.
