(Standards for Buildings)
Use, form, site and position of building in Article 6 agreement area must depend on standard to establish in next kakugo.
District A
(1) Applications
Single-family homes (including two-family homes) or clinics (excluding veterinary clinics) combined homes, and multi-purpose homes that do not impair a good living environment, have been approved by the Steering Committee stipulated in Article 7. I do.
(2) Number of floors
Except for the basement floor, it shall be 2 or less.
(3) Height of buildings
The height of the building is the ground surface (meaning the ground surface at the time of the announcement of the agreement approval. The same applies below. ) To 10m or less and the eaves height is 7m or less.
(4) Height of ground surface
The ground surface specified in the preceding item shall not be changed by embankment.
(5) Retreatment of exterior walls
The distance from the outer wall of the building or the pillar in place of this to the adjacent land boundary line and the road boundary line (hereinafter referred to as "retreat distance of the outer wall") shall be 1m or more. District B
(1) Applications
Single-family homes (including two-family homes) or clinics (excluding veterinary clinics) combined homes, and multi-purpose homes that do not impair a good living environment, have been approved by the Steering Committee stipulated in Article 7. I do.

(3) Height of buildings
The height of the building shall be 12m or less from the ground surface and 10m or less eaves height.
(4) Height of ground surface
The ground surface specified in the preceding item shall not be changed by embankment.
(5) Retreatment of exterior walls
The retreat distance of the outer wall shall be 50 cm or more. But it is not this limit when part of building or building in distance less than limit of retreat distance of outer wall corresponds to the next a or i.
Oh, the total length of the center line of the outer wall or pillar in place of this is 3m or less.
(I) Provide for storage and other similar uses, the height of the eaves is 2.3m or less, and the total floor area is 5m2 or less.
(6) Minimum site area
The site area shall be 100 m2 or more.
(7) Outer stairs
