  • Outline of limitations (excerpts of agreement)
    (Restrictions on buildings)
    Article 8 The site, position, use, and form of a building in the area specified in the preceding Article shall be based on the standards specified in the following items.
    1. The site of one block shall not be divided and used. In addition, secondary construction (cutting and embankment) shall not be performed. However, this does not apply to garages, stairs, etc.
    2 The distance from the outer wall or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the road boundary shall be 1m or more, and the distance to the adjacent land boundary line shall be 0.6m or more. Provided, however, that Article 135-5 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order ※This does not apply to cases where the provisions are met.
    3 Use of buildings shall be single-family dwellings and clinics (excluding veterinary clinics) combined houses. Provided, however, that a store combined-use house pursuant to the provisions of Article 130-3 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order shall be permitted.
    The number of floors shall be two or less except for the basement floor.
    About height of 5 buildings, the highest height from the ground surface shall not exceed 6.5m in height of 9m eaves shall not exceed 6.5m.
    6 Fences shall not be blocked or otherwise the same. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to the site facing the prefectural road Yokodai Line for soundproofing measures.
    7 The provisions of Article 8 may not be applied to buildings necessary for public interest that have been approved by the Steering Committee and approved by the The Mayor of Yokohama.
