(Restrictions on Buildings)
Article 6 Use, form, structure, site, design, position and building equipment of buildings in the agreement area must be based on the standards set forth in the following items. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to those approved by the Steering Committee stipulated in Article 7.(1) The use of the building shall be as follows.

Ha. Houses that also serve as offices, stores, and other similar uses, those stipulated in Article 130-3 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order
Ni. Those attached to the buildings in the preceding items (excluding car garages)
(2) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the road boundary shall be 1.0 m or more, and the distance to the adjacent land boundary shall be 0.5 m or more. But it is not this limit about thing corresponding to any of the following in part of building or building in distance less than limit of this distance.
B. The total length of the center line of the outer wall or the pillar in place of it must be 3m or less.
B. Provided for storerooms and other similar uses, the height of the eaves must be 2.3m or less, and the total floor area must be within 5m2.
(3) The height of the ground surface of the site shall not be changed. However, this does not apply to cuts and embankments for parking lots and stairs, slopes for wheelchairs, Tsukiyama in the garden, etc.
(4) The height of the building shall not exceed 9.5m from the ground surface, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 7m from the ground surface.
(5) The number of floors of a building excluding the basement shall be 2 or less.
(6) The site area shall be 125 m2 or more.
(7) The roof of the building, the color of the outer wall, and the specifications of the gatepost, the pavement of the site, and the outdoor advertising materials shall be in harmony with the surrounding landscape.
(8) The openings (excluding those facing the road) provided on the west and north walls of the building shall be constructed in consideration of the neighboring land, such as using glass, blindfolds, etc. Provided, however, that this shall not apply if the distance from the opening to the adjacent land boundary is more than 2.5m.
(9) Wireless antennas or other similar items must not be installed outdoors.
(10) The rooftop must not be installed anything other than solar panels, solar heat collection panels, or the like.
(11) One or more Takagi shall be provided on the site, and a green space of 20% or more of the site area shall be secured. In this case, it can be regarded as 10 m2 per Takagi, 2 m2 per medium tree, and 0.4 m2 per shrubs (in this case, the tree height is 3 m or more for Takagi, 1 m or more and less than 3 m for middle trees, shrubs are less than 1 m.) 。
(12) It is not possible to install a mount on the retaining wall of the site.
(13) The height, position, and structure of the retaining wall at the time of the announcement of the building agreement approval must not be changed.
