    (Restrictions on buildings)
    Use, form, structure, site, design, position, and building equipment of building in Article 6 agreement area must follow standard to establish in next kakugo. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to what is approved by the Steering Committee specified in Article 7.

    (1) The use of the building shall be as follows.
    I. Single-family homes
    B. Tenement house with two houses
    C. Among houses that also serve as offices, stores and other similar uses, those stipulated in Article 130-3 of the Building Standards Law Enforcement Order
    Ni. Those attached to the buildings of the preceding items (excluding car garage)
    (2) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the road boundary shall be 1.0m or more, and the distance to the adjacent land boundary line shall be 0.5m or more. But it is not this limit about thing corresponding to any of the following in building in distance less than limit of this distance or part of building.
    I. The total length of the center line of the outer wall or the pillar in place of it must be 3m or less.
    B. Provided for storage and other similar uses, the height of the eaves must be 2.3 m or less, and the total floor area must be within 5 m2.
    (3) The height of the ground surface of the site shall not be changed. Provided, however, that this shall not apply to the cutting and embankment of the part where parking lots and stairs, slopes for wheelchairs, and Tsukiyama in the garden.
    (4) The height of the building shall not exceed 9.5m from the ground surface, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 7m from the ground surface.
    (5) The number of floors of the building except the basement shall be two or less.
    (6) The site area shall be 125 m2 or more.
    (7) The roof of the building, the color of the outer wall, the gate post, the pavement of the site, and the specifications of outdoor advertising materials shall be in harmony with the surrounding landscape.
    (8) Openings (excluding those facing the road) provided on the west and north walls of the building shall have a structure that takes into account the neighboring land, such as using condensed glass, blindfold, etc. Provided, however, that this shall not apply if the distance from the opening to the adjacent land boundary is 2.5m or more away.
    (9) Radio antennas and the like shall not be installed outdoors.
    (10) The rooftop must not be installed except for solar panels, solar thermal collection panels, or the like.
    (11) One or more Takagi shall be provided on the site and a green space of 20% or more of the site area shall be secured. In this case, it can be regarded as 10m2 per Takagi, 2m2 per middle tree, and 0.4m2 per shrubs (in this case, the height of the tree is 3m or more for Takagi, 1m or more and 3m for Nakagi, Shrub is less than 1m.) 。
    (12) It shall not be possible to install a mount on the retaining wall of the site.
    (13) The height, position and structure of the retaining wall at the time of the announcement of the building agreement must not be changed.
