    (Standards for Buildings)
    Use, form, site and position of building in Article 5 agreement area must depend on standard to establish in next kakugo.
    (1) The use of the building shall be as follows.
    Oh, single-family house (including multi-family living together house)
    B. clinics (excluding animal clinics) combined housing
    C) Detached houses that also serve as offices, stores and other similar uses
    D) Others in the form of Ninohe Nagaya-style building approved by the Steering Committee
    (2) The height of the building shall not exceed 9m from the ground surface, and the height of the eaves shall not exceed 7.5m from the ground surface.
    (3) The minimum area of the site shall be 150 m2 or more.
    (4) The distance from the outer wall of the building or the surface of the pillar in place of this to the adjacent land boundary line shall be 1m or more. But it is not this limit about thing corresponding to any of the following in building in distance less than limit of this distance or part of building.
    Oh, the total length of the center line of the outer wall or pillar in place of this is 3m or less.
    (I) To be used for storage and other similar uses, the height of the eaves must be 2.3 m or less, and the total floor area must be within 5 m2.
    Supplementary Provisions (Exception of Application)
    2 The date on which the public notice of approval of this agreement was issued (for land that was adjacent to the building agreement area at the time of the announcement of the approval, the date of joining this agreement. The same shall apply hereinafter. ) The existing building or its site, or the building currently under construction, repair or remodeling, or its site does not conform to the provisions of Article 6 or has a part that does not conform to this provision. Provided, however, that the provisions of this agreement shall apply to parts of buildings pertaining to extension, renovation, relocation, large-scale repair or large-scale remodeling after the date of public notice of approval of this agreement.
    When we change use of 3 buildings, we apply rule of Article 6 first regardless of rule of foregoing paragraph.
    4 On the day of the public notice of approval of this agreement, the land that is currently used as the site of the building does not conform to the provisions of Article 6, item 3, or the site of the building based on the existing ownership or other rights. Regarding land that does not conform to the provisions of the same item if used as a site is used as one site, regardless of the provisions of Paragraph 2. .
