This year, the Sakae Library will focus particularly on the following goals: This list of goals has been formulated based on the "Yokohama City Medium-Term Plan", "Yokohama City Educational Promotion Basic Plan", and "Reading Activity Promotion Goals" of each ward.

・The 4-month-old child health checkup conducted by Health and Welfare Center Sakae Ward (October)
・Enhancement of parent-child talk meetings (all year)
・In the teens corner, 80 new books were purchased to improve and enhance the attractiveness of the corner (all year).
・In order to encourage the teens generation to be interested in reading, an exhibition (all year) that contributes to improving the willingness of the teens generation to read.
