　School education overseas is broadly divided into "Japanese schools", "international schools (international schools)" and "local schools".

　　Submit “Transfer/Expiration registration form” to Yokohama Municipal Elementary and Junior High School in Kohoku Ward, and receive the following documents from the school on the last day of school.
　　Please submit the documents you receive at the Japanese School.
　　　・"student registration certificate,"
　　　・"Certificate of Paying Books for Subjects"
　　　・"Guidelines (copy)" etc.

　　Students submit "Transfer/Expiration registration form" to Yokohama Municipal Elementary and Junior High School in Kohoku Ward, and receive "English student registration certificate" from the school on the last day of school.
　　Please submit the documents you received to the "Local School".

　・If the departure period is less than one year
　　　You do not need to submit a "Notice of Transference/Expiration" to the Kohoku Ward Office, but please submit the above "Transfer/Expiration registration form" to Yokohama City Elementary and Junior High School.

　・If the departure period is one year or more
　　　Please submit "Overseas Transfer Notification" to the Kohoku Ward Office at least 14 days before departure.
　　　In addition, "Overseas Transfer Notification" can be made by mail without visiting the Agency.

　　You will be notified to the school you are going to transfer, and you will receive the following documents from the "Japanese School" on the last school day.
　　Please submit the received documents to Family Registry Division Kohoku Ward at the time of "Notification of Transference".

　　　・"Certificate of Paying Books for Subjects"
　　　・"Guidelines (copy)" etc.

　　There are no documents to bring in Kohoku Ward.
