If you are enrolled in a private or national school
Procedures at Kohoku Ward Office (Transfer Notification and Out-of-area Study)
When submitting the “Transfer Notification” to the Kohoku Ward Office, you must also submit a “Notice of Enrollment outside the Area”.
Please bring something that can prove that your child is enrolled in a private or national student (admission consent form, student handbook, etc.).
If you are enrolled in another municipal school
In the case of transfer from outside the city
Before submitting a “Notification of Transference” to another municipality, please consult with the “School you are enrolled” or “Education Board of Education of another municipality”.
In the case of transfer from other cities in the city
Please consult with your school before submitting the “Transfer Notification” to the Kohoku Ward Office.
