Procedure to transfer from a school in another ward in Yokohama to Yokohama municipal elementary and junior high school in Kohoku Ward

　Submit a notification of withdrawal, such as "Transfer/Expiration registration form" to the transfer school.
　On the last day of school, you will receive documents such as "student registration certificate" and "Certificate of Paying Books" from the school you are moving out.

　When submitting the "Transfer Notification" to the Kohoku Ward Office, please indicate the "student registration certificate" received from the school you are transferring.
　When the transfer notification is completed, you will be issued a “admission notice” for the transfer school (new school).
