　You will be admitted to Yokohama Municipal Elementary Schools from April when you are 6 years old.

　admission to municipal school is mailed to parents of children registered in Kohoku Ward in mid-October of the previous year.
　"admission to municipal school" lists the elementary school where you go to school, the date and time of physical checkup when you go to school.

　At the time of physical checkup, elementary school will inform you about the admission briefing for Yokohama Municipal Elementary Schools.

　After consulting the physical checkup, "Outside Area Study Abroad registration form" is a document that shows that you have been admitted to the school you plan to study.
　Please submit a letter of consent (admission to municipal school) to the Kohoku Ward Office.
　The "Success Notice" is not a document that is permitted to attend school, so it cannot be used in the "Notice of Out-of-area Study".
