If you are enrolled in a private or national elementary or junior high school
If you are enrolled in a private or national elementary or junior high school that you have been enrolled before moving.
School-related procedures are not required because you have already received "registration form outside the area".
When enrolling in elementary and junior high schools in other municipalities
If you are enrolled in elementary or junior high schools in other municipalities, please consult with the Board of Education of other municipalities.
About "Notification of relocation"
If you have a resident registration in Kohoku Ward and move in the ward, please submit a “Notification of Relocation” to the Kohoku Ward Office.
