School-related procedures for moving in Kohoku Ward

When there is no change in school area
No school procedures are required.
If you live in New Address, please submit a notice of relocation to the Kohoku Ward Office.
Please refer to the following URL for details of the notice of relocation.
Notification of relocation (moving in the same ward in the city)
When the school area changes
Procedure at "Transfer School (current school)"
Submit “Transfer/Expiration registration form” to the new school.
On the last day of school, you will receive documents such as "student registration certificate" and "Certificate of Paying Books" from the school you are moving out.
Procedure at the Kohoku Ward Office
When submitting the “Relocation Notice” to the Kohoku Ward Office, please indicate the “student registration certificate” received from the new school.
When the notice of relocation is completed, you will be issued a “admission notice” for the transfer (new school).
In addition, please confirm the details of relocation notice from the following.

Procedure at "Transfer School (new school)"
Please bring the "Notice of Enrollment" received from the Kohoku Ward Office and the documents such as "student registration certificate" and "Certificate of Paying for Textbooks" received from the new school to the new school and complete the transfer procedure.
