Procedure to transfer from a school outside Yokohama City to Yokohama City Elementary and Junior High School

Procedure at "Transfer School (current school)"
Submit a notification of leaving the school, such as "Transfer / Exit registration form" to the transfer school, and receive documents such as "student registration certificate" and "Certificate of Paying Books" from your school on the last day of school.
Procedures at the Kohoku Ward Office
When submitting the "Transfer Notification" to the Kohoku Ward Office, please indicate the "student registration certificate" received from the school you are transferring.
When the "Transfer Notification" is completed, you will be issued an "Enrollment Notice" for the transfer (new school).
For details on "Notification of Transference from outside Yokohama City", please refer to "Notification of Transference (moving from outside the city)".
Procedure at "Transfer School (new school)"
Please bring the "Notice of Enrollment" received from the Kohoku Ward Office and the documents such as "student registration certificate" and "Certificate of Paying for Textbooks" received from the school you transferred to the new school, and complete the "Transfer Procedure".
