Let's start a food drive at Modi Tozuka!

On October 1, this year, the Law Concerning the Promotion of Food Loss Reduction was enforced. Under this law, October is designated as “Food Loss Reduction Month” and October 30 is designated as “Food Loss Reduction Day”.
In cooperation with Modi Tozuka of Marui Group Co., Ltd. and Food Bank Yokohama, a food bank organization operating in the city, City of Yokohama, Resources and Waste Recycling Bureau conducts a food drive that collects unused foods that cannot be used at home and donates them to those who need food support and welfare facilities.

（１） Wednesday, October 30, 2019, day of food loss reduction), Thursday, 31st
　　　From 11:00 to 15:00 each day
　　　Tozuka Modi 1st floor free passage (left passage at the front entrance) (Modi Tozuka: 10 Totsuka-cho, Totsuka-ku, Yokohama)

（２） November and December 2019 ※We are also considering implementation from 2020 onward.
　　　2nd Saturday from 11:00 to 16:00
　　　Modi Tozuka Next to Weekly Sweets on the 1st floor, the event hall ※It is subject to change.
