In addition to accepting applications for oversized garbage via telephone and the Internet, we have introduced a service that uses AI and other means to guide oversized garbage fees via chat.
We are now accepting applications for oversized garbage using chatbots. In the future, from inquiries such as confirmation of fees to application will be completed on one chat screen.
