City of Yokohama, Resources and Waste Recycling Bureau is promoting efforts to reduce food loss, which is still eaten but discarded. As an initiative, Seven & i Group, which has concluded a comprehensive cooperation agreement with Yokohama City, Food Bank Kanagawa, a food bank organization operating in the city, NPO Food Bank Yokohama, NPO Kanagawa Food Bank Plus In cooperation with the group, we collect unused foods that cannot be used at home at three Ito-Yokado stores in the city and carry out food drives to donate to those who need food support and welfare facilities.
