Results of Soil Contamination Survey at Former Konan Plant

　In order to promote the effective use of unused land, at the site of the former abolished Konan Plant, we conducted a survey on specific harmful substances and dioxins based on the "Summary of Soil Contamination Countermeasures Administrative Processing to Disposal of Municipal Land in Yokohama City". .
　As a result of conducting surveys at 390 locations, "lead and its compounds" and "fluorine and its compounds" were detected at each site exceeding the specified standard values of the Soil Contamination Countermeasures Law. There were no excess of the standard at the other 388 locations.
　In addition, about two points that exceed the designated standard value, we will take appropriate measures.
