On Friday, May 17, 2019, Resources and Waste Recycling Bureau staff (skilled staff, men in their 50s) at collection site, Kanagawa Ward.
However, an accident occurred in which a passing bicycle rides on a garbage bag being collected and falls, causing an injury to a bicycle driver.
I did it.
