City of Yokohama, Resources and Waste Recycling Bureau and Kradashi Co., Ltd. have signed a memorandum of understanding on public-private partnerships to reduce food loss in Yokohama and support food bank activities using KURADASHI.jp, a social contribution food sharing platform. In the future, both sides will cooperate to reduce food loss at city food manufacturers, etc. using the mechanism of "KURADASHI.jp", and donate a part of the price purchased by consumers to food bank organizations operating in the city. And work to support activities.
