Government officials of waste management come from 13 African countries! “Africa Beautiful Town Platform” Yokohama Training

We are conducting waste management training for African countries at the Beautiful Town Platform in Africa (ACCP), which was established in the wake of the 6th Africa Conference on African Development. Motoichi has been evaluated for its knowledge, experience and advanced technologies, and is positioned as a base for this training.
This year, the fourth time, we will welcome 13 people from 13 African countries in charge of waste management to Yokohama as trainees.
This training shows not only Japanese laws and policies but also the waste management know-how of the city, including waste facilities in Yokohama and collection site. Through a month of training, you will learn techniques that match the actual situation of each country and use them practically after returning to Japan.
Through this training, we will cooperate in the realization of a beautiful city in Africa and a healthy life.
