In Yokohama City, the Yokohama City Port Facility Ordinance was revised in October 2018, making it possible for private businesses to set up benefit facilities such as cafes and merchandise sales in harbor green spaces.
In Rinko Park (Seaside Park), a joint venture of Isa Construction Co., Ltd. and Spring Hazkam G.K. was selected as a prospective operator for the establishment of a license system.
The Minato Mirai 21 district has a variety of facilities, and next year we will complete a pedestrian route from Rinko Park (Seaside Park) to Yamashita Park. We will create a new bustle as a base for walking routes where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the port.
