Yokohama City is promoting the supply of excellent regional rental housing for the elderly in Yokohama as a priority measure. This subsidizes a part of construction costs and a part of rent to businesses that develop private rental housing where the elderly can live with peace of mind, such as barrier-free specifications and emergency call systems. It is intended to reduce the burden on.
This year, we are looking for about 120 dwelling units. We are looking forward to proposals for business plans that make use of the ideas and vitality of private businesses.
In addition, about recruitment of new businesses, it will be finished in 2023.
