In order to realize "Zero Carbon Yokohama," Yokohama aims to create a society in which "housing with higher energy-saving performance" with the highest level of insulation performance (grades 6 and 7) and airtightness can become commonplace. As part of this initiative, the “Yokohama Health and Energy Saving Housing Promotion Consociam” (outside site) was established on March 25, 2023.
This time, events such as seminars on energy-saving housing and workshops for children by architectural and finance experts, including Tokyo Gas Co., Ltd. and Living Support Co., Ltd., which are participating companies of the consortium, will be held in 2024. It will be held on Saturday, February 10, Saturday, 17, and Sunday, 18.
