　The “Yokohama City Rental Housing Supply Promotion Plan” (established in April 2019, partially revised in April 2021) is based on Article 6 of the Act on Promotion of Supply of Rental Housing to Persons Needing Housing Security (Housing Safety Net Act) Based on Paragraph 1, those who need to secure housing ※This is a plan to set goals for the supply of rental housing for 1 and to develop measures comprehensively and systematically. By establishing a rental housing supply promotion plan, the addition of persons who need to secure housing and safety net housing will be added. ※It is possible to strengthen and relax the registration criteria in 2.
　This time, we will review based on the revision of the "Yokohama City Living Life Master Plan" (Yokohama City Basic Plan for Living Life) in October 2022, and promote the registration of safety net housing by utilizing small-scale houses. Therefore, we will revise this plan.
※1 Persons who need to secure housing: Low-income earners, the elderly, persons with disabilities, child-raising households, survivors, etc. stipulated in the Housing Safety Net Law
※2 Safety Net Housing: Private rental housing that does not refuse entry of persons who need to secure housing
