We raise opinions of all of you about "Yokohama-shi rental housing supply promotion plan revision draft"!

　The Yokohama City Rental Housing Supply Promotion Plan (established in April 2019 and partially revised in April 2021) is based on Article 6, Paragraph 1 of the Act on Promotion of Supply of Rental Housing to Persons Need Securing Housing (Housing Safety Net Law) Article 6 (1) ※This is a plan to set goals for the supply of rental housing for 1 and to develop measures comprehensively and systematically. By establishing a rental housing supply promotion plan, we will add people who need to secure housing and provide safety net housing ※It is possible to strengthen and relax the registration criteria in 2.
　We will revise this plan based on the revision of the "Yokohama City Housing and Living Master Plan" (Yokohama City Basic Plan for Living Life) in October 2022, and to promote registration of safety net housing by utilizing small-scale houses.
※1 Those who need to secure housing: Low-income earners, elderly people, persons with disabilities, child-raising households, survivors, etc.
※2 Safety Net Housing: Private rental housing that does not refuse entry of persons requiring consideration to secure housing
