In Yokohama City, among the houses registered as houses (safety net houses) that accept those who are in trouble with securing housing (persons who need to secure housing), those that meet certain requirements are reduced to reduce the burden on residents. We provide rent assistance.
Since fiscal 2022, we have been modelling the supply of “safety net housing with rent assistance” utilizing UR rental housing (three times, a total of six units), but this time, as a full-scale implementation, we will start recruiting a total of 10 residents.
