　In Yokohama City, the Condominium Management Plan Certification System was launched in November 2022, and 50 condominiums have been certified in one year since the start of the system. This number of certifications is the highest in Japan (as of the date of announcement). Some of the condominiums that have been certified have said, "By checking the certification criteria, we can create a physical checkup operated by Residential Association."
