On February 1, 2022, Yokohama City launched a system to certify condominiums that are implementing disaster prevention measures as "Yokohama Disaster Prevention Power Improvement Condominiums". Eleven existing condominiums that have been applied this time have been “certified” and one newly built condominium was “planned”.
