Based on the second phase of the Yokohama City vacant houses Plan, which was formulated in February 2019, Yokohama City has been actively involved in measures such as vacant houses.
Four years have passed since the formulation of the Second Phase Plan, and in response to the revision of the Special Measures Law concerning changes in social conditions and the promotion of measures such as the vacant houses in June last year (the "vacant houses Law"), we revised the Second Phase Plan and formulated the Third Phase Plan for the vacant houses, Yokohama, etc.
