We have formulated the Third Plan for Yokohama City vacant houses.

Based on the Second vacant houses Action Plan formulated in February 2019, Yokohama City has been actively engaged in measures such as vacant houses.
This plan is to be reviewed every five years, but four years have passed since the formulation of the Second Phase Plan, and in response to the revision of the Special Measures Law concerning changes in social conditions and the promotion of measures such as the vacant houses in June last year (hereinafter referred to as the "vacant houses Law") and thevacant houses Measures Plan was formulated.
