As the atmosphere and river environments throughout the city are improving, the number of complaints regarding the living environment, such as "burning things in the neighborhood and having trouble with smoke and smell" and "noisy noise of construction work" , 2,525 cases in FY2018. In addition, the number of complaints over the 30 years of Heisei indicates changes reflecting environmental issues at that time.
