The Yokohama Environmental Activity Award is a system that commends people who are actively engaged in various environmental activities in the region.
After judging by the Yokohama Environmental Activity Award Review Committee, which is made up of academic experts, the 27th winners have been selected.
Through this system, Yokohama City encourages citizens to raise their interest in conservation, regeneration and creation of the environment, and promotes local environmental activities, and supports people who work on environmentally friendly town development.
