Shimin-no-Mori and park will be newly opened as a result of the Yokohama Green Up Plan!

Since 2009, Yokohama City has been promoting the "Yokohama Green Up Plan," which uses the "Yokohama Green Tax" as part of its financial resources, and has been working to create conservation and greenery for forests and agricultural landscapes.
In the past 10 years, we have designated approximately 900 hectares of forest under the Green Space conservation scheme, and we have also created greenery and flowers in conservation in paddy fields and familiar places.
This time, one new Shimin-no-Mori and two parks will be opened.
