In order to increase the added value of agricultural and livestock products produced in the city, Yokohama City supports the production of items with high needs for use at restaurants, such as Western vegetables, and is promoting initiatives to link them to their use. In addition, we treat Yokohama as one farm and push forward PR of agriculture of Yokohama with term "Yokohama farm".
This time, we will expand the network of producers and restaurants and hold an exchange meeting between producers and restaurants as part of our efforts to promote matching. In addition, "Producer introduction leaflet *" will be distributed to participating restaurants and matching will be performed continuously.
