In the spring of 2022, "Hamakaze 2" was newly added to the mobile library. Approximately 3,000 books are placed and operated every two weeks at 29 locations in the city to provide services such as lending, returning, and booking. Chuo-toshokan is the largest library in the 18th ward. Located on the hillside of Nogezaka, it is a five-story building that features a hexagonal shape to fit the terrain.
