Yokohama City Public Comment Procedure Past Implementation Results

We announce about conduct result of public comment procedure based on Yokohama-shi public comment conduct summary Article 12.

2023
There are eight public comment procedures that solicited opinions based on the implementation guidelines during 2023.
As for the breakdown, there are eight cases where the mayor or other executive organs develop or revise plans specified in the separate table (Summary Article 4, Paragraph 1, Item 1 a)."
A total of 1,208 people (average of 151 people per project) received 2,077 opinions (average 260 cases per project) by mail, facsimile, e-mail, etc.
In addition, of the eight public comment procedures implemented, eight were revised to the original draft based on the opinions received.

A total of 3,092 people (average 442 people per project) received 6,223 opinions (average 889 cases per project) by mail, facsimile, e-mail, etc.
